Despite following all instructions, the issue persisted, making the massager completely ineffective.
 

And explain how you felt about it.
I returned it within the return window and requested a refund. The experience was disappointing as I had high hopes that it would ease my mother’s discomfort. The inconvenience of returning the product and searching for an alternative only added to my frustration. However, this experience taught me the importance of thoroughly checking reviews and product specifications before making a purchase.
